The Ask

Modernize a dated townhall format while seamlessly integrating the newly created RISE Awards recognition program. The goal: deliver a business-oriented update with strong production value, while celebrating employee excellence in front of a broad company-wide audience.

Our Strategy

In close collaboration with Pembina’s Corporate Communications team, we designed a dynamic hybrid program that merged corporate updates with meaningful recognition. By announcing RISE Award finalists and winners live on stage and concluding with a dynamic reception, the event became both informative and inspiring, blending leadership vision with employee celebration.

Increased submissions for and engagement about the annual RISE Awards program

Seamlessly integrated RISE finalists experience with an intimate finalists + Officers luncheon, headshots and front row lounges at the Townhall
