We take a customized approach to fit your needs.
Collaborative Meetings
All client meetings are lead with pre-distributed agendas and materials, followed by clear meeting minutes and action items, maximizing efficiency and keeping projects on track. Establishing a regular meeting cadence helps ensure a smooth and collaborative approach.
Phased Approvals
We guide our clients through each phase of event production using visual tools and proofs of concept including scaled ground plans, renders, and design decks. This process helps eliminate uncertainty and supports confident decision-making throughout the lifecycle of a project.
Vendor Relations
While our clients maintain contractual relationships with key suppliers and event partners, our role is to source, evaluate, coordinate and manage partners while ensuring accountability, quality control and alignment with project objectives. Based on our long term, established relationships with local, regional and national partners, we help select the best partner for each event and play to the strengths of each supplier.
Continuity of Service
All projects are supported through centralized project files, shared documentation, cross-trained team members and senior leadership oversight. We also have an impressive network of resources and partners to ensure uninterrupted service to our clients. All event assets will be maintained within shared environments and transferred to clients upon project completion.
Risk Mitigation
Risk management is embedded throughout our planning process. We proactively identify risks and related impacts, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies. Escalation procedures, contingency plans, Emergency Response Plans (ERPs) and stakeholder communication protocols are established early, so we can quickly respond to unexpected issues. Where supplier costs may be affected by tariffs, we work with vendors to identify alternative sourcing options.
Stakeholder Management
Brand Alive has extensive experience managing events involving executive leaders, government, community members, sponsors, donors, board members and industry partners. We are uniquely positioned to manage multiple stakeholders and balance differing priorities, while ensuring attendees feel informed and engaged. We always use the project's objectives to guide planning, decision-making and execution with all audiences.
